Terms of Service — Retribalize

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using retribalize.org and its programs (the “Service”), operated by Retribalize LLC (“Company”, “we”, “us”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you may not use the Service.

2. Description of the Service

Retribalize builds the digital and physical infrastructure for the next evolution of human community. The Service includes educational content, the Academy, residency and landowner programs, the ReTribalize Summit, and related communications. Registration may include event reminders, session notifications, program access, and, with your consent, communications about related programs and offers.

3. Eligibility

To use the Service, you must:

Be at least 18 years old
Have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms
Provide accurate and complete information

4. SMS Messaging Terms

By opting in to receive text messages from Retribalize, you agree to the following:

Identity and message types. Messages are sent by Retribalize regarding event reminders, session notifications, schedule changes, program access, and marketing offers.
Opt-out. Reply STOP to any message to opt out at any time. You may also email contact@retribalize.ai with “STOP” in the subject line.
Help. Reply HELP to any message for assistance, or contact contact@retribalize.ai.
Carrier liability. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Frequency. Message frequency varies based on event timing and your subscriptions.
Rates. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan.
Privacy. Use of SMS is governed by our Privacy Policy.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

Provide false or misleading information
Impersonate another person or entity
Harass, abuse, or harm other participants
Use the Service for any illegal purpose
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to, interfere with, or disrupt the Service or its systems

6. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Retribalize LLC and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Content, sessions, recordings, and materials may not be reproduced or redistributed without our written permission.

7. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which informs you of our data collection practices.

8. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE. USE OF THE SERVICE IS AT YOUR OWN RISK.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, Retribalize LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM your use of or inability to use the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed $100.

10. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Retribalize LLC, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or your violation of these Terms.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms or harmful behavior.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Wyoming.

13. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will update the date at the top of this page.
